How it works: Every time you plan a getaway with us, you collect points that turn into savings for your next trip. It’s not just points, it’s our commitment to making every destination more affordable and full of perks.

Points are awarded per passenger – not per booking!

What is the Lia’s Travel Loyalty Club?

It’s our own rewards programme, designed exclusively for travellers who trust us. With the Lia’s Travel Loyalty Club, every booking you make turns into points, and every point becomes a discount on your next travel experience!

How does it work? You don’t need to worry about cards or codes. We at Lia’s Travel keep track of your personal points history. With every new booking, we let you know your balance and deduct the corresponding discount from the price of your trip.

The benefits of our members:

• Earning Points: You earn 1 point for every €1 that corresponds to your individual share of the cost. (Example: for a booking for 2 people worth a total of €600, each traveller is credited with 300 points on their personal account).
• Instant Redemption: Every 100 points equals a €1 discount.
• Welcome Bonus: With your first booking as a Club member, we gift you 300 points.

Important Note: Individual airline and ferry ticket purchases are excluded from earning and redeeming points.

How to earn more points:

• Lia’s Organized Groups: Earn double points by joining our own organised group tours (2 points per €1).
• Early Booking: Earn +50% extra points if you book your trip at least 3 months in advance.
• Refer a Friend: Refer a new traveller to us and earn 500 bonus points once they complete their trip.

How will you find out about your points?

Because personal contact matters most to us, we will let you know:

1. By phone or at our office during your booking.
2. With a personal message (Email/Viber/WhatsApp/SMS) about special offers exclusively for Loyalty Club members.

Redemption Example (100 points = €1 discount)

Let’s see how your points work in practice:

1. Your trip: You join an organised group tour worth €500.
2. Your points: Thanks to double points on group tours, you earn 1,000 points.
3. Your next booking: On your next trip, you already have an instant €10 discount on your balance!

Minimum redemption threshold: 500 points for trips abroad / 200 points for trips within Greece.

How can I redeem my points?

Points from the Lia’s Travel Loyalty Club can be redeemed to reduce the cost of your next travel experiences.

• Where they can be redeemed: Redemption applies to all organised and individual trips with our agency.
• Point Value: Every 100 points = €1 discount (or 1,000 points = €10).
• Minimum Redemption Threshold: * 1000 points (€10) for all trips.

How to Redeem: The discount is automatically deducted from your booking balance at the time of final payment at our office, or by phone arrangement.

How long are my points valid for?

At Lia’s Travel, we want to reward our loyal travellers.

• Validity Period: Your points remain active for 12 months from the day you earned them.
• Automatic Renewal: If you make a new booking within this period that earns you even 1 point, then the validity of all your accumulated points is automatically renewed for a further 12 months from the date of your latest purchase!
