Yes — once your booking is completed, the price is binding and is not affected by subsequent fluctuations in flight or hotel prices. Availability and price only change before your booking is finalized.
Since this is a trip with your own car, there is no departure surcharge — you start from wherever is convenient for you.
For your trip to Greece, a valid ID card or passport is sufficient. If you are traveling by air, you need an official photo identification document for airport security. For minors traveling, please inform yourself about any required supporting documents.
Changes and cancellations follow the terms of the airlines, hotels, and suppliers booked for you, so the cost depends on how close we are to departure and the rules of each fare. Inform us as early as possible and we will look for the least costly solution. General terms and conditions of participation apply to every booking.
Travel insurance is not included in the price, unless explicitly stated in the inclusions of the page. We highly recommend it, especially for trips outside the European Union, in order to cover medical treatment, cancellation, and luggage loss. We can arrange it for you — just request it at the time of booking.
Yes — this is an individual trip, not a group departure. There is no predefined itinerary or coach schedule: you travel on your own, at your own pace. We can change the overnight stays, hotel category, add or remove destinations, and arrange transfers, car rental, or private guided tours.
