This Cancellation Policy governs bookings made through the website liastravel.com, which belongs to the company ANTONIOS PANOPOULOS & CO. E.E.
Cancellations of bookings for organised trips and packages are subject to the General Terms of Participation, in accordance with Presidential Decree 7/2018, implementing European Directive (EU) 2015/2302.
In the event of cancellation by the traveller, the following cancellation fees apply depending on how much time remains before departure:

| Less than 48 hours or No-Show | Charge of 100% of the total value (full amount withheld). |
For individual or standalone bookings of flight tickets or hotel accommodation, the above tiered policy of our agency does not apply. Only the specific terms and cancellation policies of the relevant airline or hotel apply, which are communicated in detail to the customer during the booking process.

The refund is made using the same payment method used for the original booking (e.g. refund to the same card, bank transfer, etc.).
The refund is completed within 14 business days from the date of written confirmation of the cancellation.
